You can control the M7 GPS Remote via the ergonomic and highly responsive remote, or you can manually control the trolley by holding the premium handle. The remote range is very impressive - I've probably controlled the trolley from about 100 yards away (I daren't try from any farther away).
The 3.5" LCD touchscreen display is extremely clear, allowing you to see all of the information on the screen easily. The GPS is equipped with over 40,000 global golf courses with full hole mapping.
My favourite addition to the M7 GPS Remote from the prior generation is the retractable anti-tip rear wheel. This wheel is 100 percent necessary when you're using the remote, and with it being always connected to the trolley, there's no chance of leaving it behind.
Another amazing element of this trolley is the CLICK 'N' CONNECT cable-free lithium battery. The trolley turns itself off as you collapse the frame, and a simple switch turns it back on. To charge the battery, simply insert the charger into the battery while it's still in the trolley.

The portrait 3.5" full colour TFT touch display is an absolute game-changer, that has me asking the question, "Why aren't all screens portrait?"
With Full Hole View, the GPS - that's pre-loaded with over 40,000 golf courses - features new AAGV (Advanced Active Green View), new AHV (Active Hazard View), new DFT (Drop Flag Technology), and new DAF (Directional Attack Feature).
The CT10 GPS is the world's smallest full-hole GPS trolley, which makes it a great option for all golfers, but mainly, it should be the front runner for anyone wanting a GPS trolley that's compact.
One thing I picked up on when testing this trolley (and it's the same with all Powakaddy electric golf trolleys) is that the battery makes an audible sound. It's nothing to put you off, but compared to other brands, it is louder.

The M5 GPS DHC features the same high-performance GPS as the M7 GPS Remote, packed with over 40,000 golf courses worldwide. The CLICK ‘N’ CONNECT cable-free battery is now a feature of all M-Series golf trolleys (excluding the ME Remote), and it not only makes charging easier but also makes powering up and down your trolley much simpler.
You have a choice between the standard and ULTRA lithium battery (+£50). The standard battery easily lasts a full round, and the ULTRA battery comfortably runs for 36 holes. Depending on how much golf you play, most golfers will probably only require the standard battery.
The trolley is extremely quiet, and it runs incredibly smoothly with the all-terrain DHC wheels. If you don't see the need to spend an extra £420 on the M7 GPS Remote, this is the Motocaddy GPS trolley you want.

A quality remote electric golf trolley that's not going to break the bank
If you opt for the ME Remote over the M7 Remote, you'll save yourself £200. In my opinion, it's worth making the savings, and then you can reinvest the savings into another area of your golf game.
The main differences between the Me Remote and M7 Remote are the wheels, but they're both all-terrain DHC tyres, capable of tackling all conditions. The anti-tip rear wheel isn't retractable like it is on the M7 Remote. Also, the ME Remote doesn't feature the CLICK 'N' CONNECT cable-free battery. Finally, there isn't an LCD display on the ME Remote, but when you're using a remote trolley, do you really need a screen?
Despite missing a few elements that the M7 Remote has, I don't think there are enough to warrant choosing the M7 Remote over the ME Remote. Especially considering they are the same under the hood!

The V10 Remote is one of Stewart's remote-controlled electric golf trolleys that doesn't have the follow functionality built-in. However, that definitely doesn't make this an inferior model.
The remote control is extremely straightforward to operate, and it definitely makes your round much more relaxing. The remote has a 100-yard range and an integrated stabilizer that prevents your trolley from tipping backwards as you travel uphill.
The V10 Remote is available with either an 18-hole or a 36-hole battery, and you can purchase this cart in either a white or silver finish.
Stewart set out with the aim of producing an iconic trolley packed with the latest technology, and the focal piece of technology built into the V10 Remote is the ATC (Active Terrain Control), which is a first in a golf cart design, and it ensures the V10 Remote maintains its speed regardless of the undulation.

An extremely easy-to-use remote-controlled electric golf cart
The front swivel wheel can either be locked, or you it can be unlocked for 360° of movement. The Cybercart is highly responsive. However, the range in which you can operate the golf cart with the remote isn't the longest. On some occasions, I've had to be about 20 meters away to move the Cybercart.
The battery is incredible! It slides into the frame, which enables the Cybercart to fold down incredibly small and save storage compared to other electric golf carts.
You can play 36 holes in one charge, and although it doesn't look like the most stable golf cart, it's able to tackle any terrain, thanks to the gyroscope technology.

A very clever electric golf trolley that can follow you around the golf course
Years of ideas and development have created the world’s most compact “follow” trolley, coming in at just 540mm high, 600mm wide, and 320mm deep when folded.

The ease of use with this electric golf trolley begins when you take it out of the box for the very first time. It's incredibly straightforward to set up, the super-quick one-step folding mechanism is extremely simple, and the usability is very easy.

Having set your budget, the next thing to consider is whether you want (and need) an electric trolley or push trolley. Electric options cost more money but come with a lot more features and are far easier to maneuver, especially if you play undulating courses. Push trolleys are much cheaper, but are usually lighter, include more storage, and are very easy to use. Plus, you don’t have to remember to charge the battery before your round!
Features
Depending on how much you want to spend and what you need, there are a whole host of features available on golf trolleys. Some are multi-functional, whereas some just look to perform as a trolley.
All electric models come with adjustable speed control, but some will include the ability to send your trolley off a set distance before it stops. Then there are models with touchscreen GPS functionality, normally pre-loaded with tens of thousands of courses across the globe, which saves you from buying a separate handheld GPS or rangefinder. Many now include shot-tracking technology, so you can track your data and see where you need to improve. You’ll also find things like scorecards, shot measurements, and even the ability to link your phone and receive notifications via the LCD screens while you’re on the course.
Where push trolleys often beat the best electric trolleys is the amount of storage included as standard. Many have space for your phone, balls, tees, valuables, drink, and even an umbrella. Some electric models require you to spend additional money on an accessory station which can be attached.
Ease of use and size
The reason you’re buying a trolley is to make life easier when moving around on the course, so a trolley that isn’t easy to use is pointless. But, as well as being easy to maneuver, they need to be easy to fold and unfold, and store. Many trolleys may only offer one colour option, but some brands do give you frame and wheel colour choices. Just make sure the trolley you choose is in a colour and design you like and will still look how you want it to when you’ve got a bag on it.
Bag
If you’re making the move into golf trolleys, then we’d always recommend buying a bag from the same brand that makes your trolley because it will have been designed to perfectly fit. Some brands, like Motocaddy, make hybrid bags that can be used both on their trolleys and as a stand/carry bag. Ideal if you travel overseas for golf or ever forget to charge the battery.
Battery
If you have decided to buy an electric trolley, then make sure you consider the battery life. Most brands will offer a standard lithium battery or a more expensive extended lithium battery. In our experience, the standard batteries comfortably last far more than 18 holes. But if you’re someone who regularly plays 36 holes in a day or who wants to play more than one round across a weekend without charging, then we’d recommend investing slightly more in the longer-lasting model.
Warranty
Golf trolleys are an expensive investment and while it’s rare, they can go wrong because there’s a lot of tech involved. Most brands offer decent warranties and, if you’re buying an electric model, you’ll find you get a warranty for your trolley frame and a separate warranty for the battery. Just make sure you ask or research the warranty and its conditions before making your purchase.
