This is the amazing video of an astronaut hitting a golf ball in space.

Russian flight engineer Mikhail Tyurin hit the ball during a spacewalk last week.

Another astronaut put the tee on a ladder outside the International Space Station, before Tyurin addressed the ball for a one-handed shot.

The stunt was sponsored by a Canadian golf company through a contract with the Russian Federal Space Agency.

The ball left the station toward the right side instead of to the rear, and was described as “a substantial slice”.
