Drill to help maintain posture

Golfers usually top the ball because they lose the angles they created in their set-up at impact. Coming out of your posture also results in a flat swing plane, compensations on the way down and very inconsistent shots.
A drill to combat this is to make some small swings with your head against a wall, as TG Elite Pro Adrian Fryer explains in this video tip.
Getting the feeling of turning back and through while maintaining your posture and then transferring this to the course will help you see a dramatic reduction in errant shots!
