Create resistance home drill

Many golfers in their quest to generate power will turn their hips as much as they can in the backswing. But this can actually be a detrimental move, as TG Elite Teaching Pro Adrian Fryer explains in this golf video tip.

By using a chair to maintain flex in the right leg, you create coil and resistance in your backswing, enabling you to maintain your swing plane and fire all that power into the back of the ball!
