Cut Your Score – Driving Key
Last updated:
Power is generated from the ground up. That means you need great leg action in your golf swing to support your upper body turn. To create more power, practice this simple drill. It will help you increase your shoulder coil, ensuring a more powerful backswing turn.
DRIVING KEY – LEG ACTION
One of the key areas in driving is the separation between the upper and lower halves of your body. This seperation creates a coil, which will increase your power and distance when you strike the ball. At set up your left shoulder and knee should be in line. If you get the coil right, when you go into the back swing and pull the drivier back, they should be at an angle.
