Texas Children's Houston Open prize money breakdown on the PGA Tour.

Here’s how the 2025 Texas Children’s Houston Open prize money will be distributed at Memorial Park.

The Texas Children’s Houston Open provided a final dress rehearsal for many Augusta-bound pros to fine-tune before the season’s first major, including Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy.

And while both just failed to keep pace with Min Woo Lee – who managed to cling on for a first PGA Tour title – the world’s top two-ranked players will be happy with their week in Texas.

Houston’s Memorial Park hosts the first Lone Star State stop of the 2025 PGA Tour season, offering a purse of $9.5m, up $400,000 from 2024. The winner’s cheque also bumps up a little from that won by Germany’s Stephan Jaeger last time out.

In addition to the $1.71m payout this year, the winner will receive 500 FedEx Cup points, a two-year PGA Tour exemption, and a spot in the field for The Masters.

Here’s a full breakdown of how the purse was dished out in Houston…
