Ras Al Khaimah Championship 2025: Preview, field, betting, tee times, and how to watch

Everything you need to know about the 2025 Ras Al Khaimah Championship on the DP World Tour.
The DP World Tour’s International Swing continues in the UAE, this time for the Ras Al Khaimah Championship following on from the Team Cup and Hero Dubai Desert Classic.
The tournament was elevated from the Challenge Tour in 2022 to its now regular slot on the DPWT calendar, although without Rolex Series status, it inevitably struggles to persuade Europe’s biggest stars to stay put in the Middle East for another week. Instead, the likes of McIlroy, Fleetwood, MacIntyre, and Hovland head west to launch their PGA Tour campaigns over the coming weeks.
Thorbjorn Olesen became the second Dane in the tournament’s short DPWT history to lift the trophy last year, easing to a six-stroke victory over countryman Rasmus Hojgaard, whose brother Nicolai took the inaugural title two years earlier.

Where is the Ras Al Khaimah Championship played?
The tournament takes place at the Al Hamra Golf Club in the capital city of the Emirate Ras Al Khaimah. The 7,378-yard par-72 course, designed by Peter Harradine is a typical desert track with generous fairways and water in play on eight holes. Who is playing in the Ras Al Khaimah Championship?
A solid field assembles for the Ras Al Khaimah Championship with defending champion Thorbjorn Olesen joined by Rolex Series winners Ryan Fox, and Paul Waring, and major champions Padraig Harrington and Jimmy Walker. Early frontrunners in the Race to Dubai Rankings – John Parry, Johannes Veerman, and Australian PGA champion Elvis Smylie – also line up in a bid to continue their strong starts to the season.
