Presidents Cup 2024: Sunday singles tee times and matches
Last updated:
Here’s how the US and International teams will be lining up at Royal Montreal Golf Club for the Sunday singles
After a US clean sweep thursday in the Presidents Cup fourball matches at Royal Montreal Golf Club, the International team have pulled off a miracle in the foursomes to match the US Team’s 5-win romp, obtained after a dominant opening day.
The Saturday matches were closer affairs than either of the first two days however the US Team has managed to take both Saturday sessions by 3-1 giving them a 11-7 lead going into the final day. The internationals will need to work hard to achieve the 15.5 points needed for victory, although they’ve shown it isn’t beyond them with several of Saturday’s matches won on the final hole.
Unlike the Ryder Cup, the Presidents Cup uses a “snake draw” format, with the captain from the defending champions, Jim Furyk in this case, going first. Mike Weir then selects second and third, with Furyk going fourth and fifth and so on till both sides have all twelve matches filled.
Here is how both teams line up ahead of Sunday’s final day action…
International 7-11 USA
