Full Swing season 3 release date

2024 was one of the most tempestuous years in golf history, so Full Swing season 3 promises to be the best yet. Here’s all the info we have so far

It’s the documentary that’s gripped golf fans around the globe – and now Netflix has confirmed the premiere date of Full Swing season 3.

And, perhaps more importantly, we know which players will feature.

There were some standout moments in the first two seasons, which covered the 2022 and 2023 campaigns as the top level of golf became embroiled in its so-called civil war between the PGA Tour, DP World Tour, and LIV Golf.

Most notably, though, was when the cameras were in the room to capture Keegan Bradley’s heartbreak at finding out his dream of once again playing in the Ryder Cup were shattered by a short phone call from captain Zach Johnson.

The series has also made household names of the likes of Joel Dahmen and caddie Geno Bonnalie, while there have been more surprising moments, such as Wyndham Clark’s candidness about overcoming his personal demons to become a major champion.

And that promises to continue into Full Swing season 3, which will cover the 2024 season, a year that had Scottie Scheffler’s astonishing arrest, Rory McIlroy and Bryson DeChambeau going head-to-head at the US Open, and Bradley’s shock appointment as Ryder Cup captain for the upcoming matches at Bethpage.

You’re not going to want to miss this one. So who’s in it and when can you see it?

Which players will be in Full Swing season 3?

Netflix have revealed a roster of names who will feature in the new series.

In no particular order (except alphabetical), they are:

  • Ludvig Aberg
  • Keegan Bradley
  • Joel Dahmen
  • Bryson DeChambeau
  • Wyndham Clark
  • Tony Finau
  • Rickie Fowler
  • Adam Hadwin
  • Min Woo Lee
  • Minjee Lee
  • Shane Lowry
  • Rory McIlroy
  • Justin Rose
  • Scottie Scheffler
  • Neal Shipley

  • Sahith Theegala
  • Justin Thomas
  • Camilo Villegas
  • Gary Woodland

The statement from Netflix to accompany the announcement said that all four men’s majors – the Masters, PGA Championship, US Open and The Open – were extensively covered, as were the Olympic Games in Paris and Presidents Cup.

It added: “Season three brings even more drama, with a lens on Scottie Scheffler’s history-making run, Rory McIlroy’s emotional rollercoaster in and out of competition, Bryson DeChambeau’s evolution from anti-hero to fan favorite, and Keegan Bradley’s quest to write his own redemption arc from last year’s dramatic letdown.

“Also, Min Woo Lee and sister Minjee make their bid to be the first brother-sister golf tandem in Olympic history, Wyndham Clark partners with Mark Wahlberg to take their brand to the next level, Sahith Theegala makes a choice that costs him millions, Gary Woodland fights to return to the sport after battling a brain tumor, and Presidents Cup Assistant Captain Camilo Villegas rallies an International team in the wake of his own family tragedy.”

If that’s not enough to whet your appetite, executive producer Chad Mumm has promised it will be the “best season ever”.
