Here’s how the 2025 Investec South African Open Championship prize money will be distributed on the DP World Tour.
The Durban Country Club returns as host to the Investec South African Open Championship for the first time since 2010 as the DP World Tour reaches the penultimate event of its ‘International Swing’.
The tournament’s rich history dates back to 1903 and boasts an esteemed roll call of homegrown champions, including Gary Player, Ernie Els, Retief Goosen, Trevor Immelman, and Louis Oosthuizen. Last year saw Stinger GC’s Dean Burmester lift the trophy on home soil, taking the winner’s cheque of $255,000 from the $1.5m prize fund which remains consistent in 2025.
In addition to the prize money payout below, the field at the Durban Country Club will compete for a share of 3,000 Race to Dubai points and 1,000 Ryder Cup points.
