Scottie Scheffler edges closer to FedEx Cup glory with a five-shot lead heading into the final round of the Tour Championship.

Rounds of 65, 66, and 66 have taken World No.1 Scottie Scheffler to the brink of a first FedEx Cup title at the Tour Championship at East Lake.

The Masters Champion and Olympic Gold medallist holds a five-shot advantage (-26) over nearest challenger Collin Morikawa (-21), with Sahith Theegala (-17) and Xander Schaufelle (-16) seemingly too far back to overturn the deficit.

All 30 players are under or level par for the tournament heading into Sunday’s showdown.
