While the Bahrain Championship’s purse is some $17.5 million less than that on offer at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am on the PGA Tour, there is far more than money at stake as the DP World Tour makes a return to the Kingdom of Bahrain for just the second time in 13 years.
In addition to the $2.5 million fund which offers $425,000 to the winner, the fourth leg of the DP World Tour’s ‘International Swing’ awards 3,500 Race To Dubai points and another coveted 1,000 Ryder Cup points. The payout remains consistent with 2024 when South African Dylan Frittelli came out on top.
