Nicolo Ravano
Italy’s Nicolo Ravano was cruelly robbed of his chance to secure a European Tour card for the 2015 season, after injury prevented him from taking his spot in the final stage of Qualifying.
This year’s qualifying was his eighth straight attempt, and he cut it pretty fine, finishing 7-under to squeeze in. The top-25 players plus ties are awarded cards, and Ravano was one of four players, including fellow Italian Edoardo Molinari, to squeeze in right on the line.
His best tournament showing so far was a T-7 finish at the Fred Olsen Challenge de Espana.
