First Look: The Stunning 2025 Staff Bags Turning Heads at The Masters
Last updated:
From Augusta’s iconic greens to limited-edition gear drops, these are the standout Masters staff bags revealed for the first major of the 2025 season.
I don’t know about you, but this may be my favorite part of the build-up to The Masters, seeing all the players’ Staff bags for the week. This is where we get to see how creative the brand’s design teams have become to bring something fresh to the party. Not just the same old, same old.
This is especially tricky, as unlike the other majors, The Masters is held at Augusta National Golf Club every year, and it’s rare that we see a design we haven’t seen before.
Alongside the azaleas and green jackets come some of the boldest, most beautiful staff bags we’ll see all season. Golf’s biggest brands mark The Masters with limited-edition bags inspired by Augusta’s rich traditions, and 2025 is set to be no different.

While the exact start of this tradition is hard to pin down, exclusive staff bags started becoming a trend in the early 2000s. The Masters, with its deep history and instantly recognizable color palette, makes it the perfect event for these special drops.
What began as a bit of extra flair has turned into something much bigger. Today, fans eagerly anticipate the reveal of these bags, with brands often teasing them on social media before their stars put them into play.
Why the Masters Staff Bag Drops Are a Big Deal
The Masters isn’t just the first major of the season; it’s one of golf’s, if not the most, tradition-rich, visually iconic events. That prestige has extended beyond the course and into the gear, with the limited-edition staff bags becoming a beloved side spectacle for golf fans and collectors alike.
Each year, the biggest equipment brands compete for the most iconic look on the course. It’s a race for brands like TaylorMade, Callaway, Srixon, and more to earn your custom, with their iconic Augusta-inspired designs.

The exclusive looks often draw inspiration from one of Georgia’s most famous exports: the humble peach, as you can see on TaylorMade’s celebratory 88th Edition Masters staff bag.
And if it’s not the peach, you’ll find little snippets of Augusta National’s legendary features. The vibrant green fairways, blooming azaleas, Magnolia Lane, pimento cheese sandwiches, the caddies’ boiler suits, and even the famous green jacket.
This isn’t for every brand, though. Brands like Ping and Titleist often don’t buy into hype, as they keep it simple with their iconic year-round designs we’ve come to know and love.
2025 Masters Staff Bags
Masters week means more than just that major golf is back! It’s when brands unveil their boldest staff bag designs of the year. Here are the standout designs from 2025 so far.

Callaway 2025 April Major Bag
Yet another stunning design courtesy of the team over at Callaway. Look at the stitching on the side panel, how good does that look! The floral design really brings this bag to life, along with the iconic Masters green and yellow colors and the neat Pimento Cheese Sandwich zippers. Not only do I want one of those headcovers, but I’d happily have this whole bag!
And, it could be yours! Later this week we’ll be partnering with Callaway to give one of you lucky readers the chance to win this Callaway 2025 April Major Staff Bag and Headcovers…damn.

Srixon Limited Edition Spring Staff Bag
This could take it for me. The simple yet effective use of the color really pops. The dark green and brown stand out and offer a slightly different style to what we usually see from brands. A drop of azaleas for the interior lining, and gold detailing bring the whole bag together for that major style.

TaylorMade 2025 Season Opener Staff Bag
Another iconic tribute to Augusta from TaylorMade. The white and green colorway seems to give a nod to the famed caddy boiler suits and, of course, the famous peach TaylorMade have to sneak on. My favorite part, though, is the azalea logo, and I mean, look at them headcovers! Safe to say I’ll be needing one of those.

Tour Edge 41 Collection ‘Bernhard Langer’ Staff Bag
To commemorate Bernhard Langer’s final appearance at The Masters, Tour Edge has paid an extraordinary tribute to the Augusta legend. The custom bag features a golden bag tag engraved with the years of his Masters appearances, while his 1985 and 1993 victories are highlighted with azaleas on the base of the bag. His headcovers will prominently feature the number 41 to celebrate his 41st and final Masters appearance.
