Ryder Cup: 89% Say USA – Can Mcllroy make the difference?

Despite a timely return to form for Rory Mcllroy, it seems that William Hill customers are convinced that 2016 will see the USA win the Ryder Cup for the first time since 2008.

As of today an astonishing 89% of the money placed has been for team USA, 9% on Europe and just 2% on the draw.

“There has been an overwhelming move for team USA and you could be getting 2/1 on a European victory in the near future,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.

Mcllroy will need to be on form for Europe to stand a real chance and he is 4/6 to score two & a half or more points and 4/1 to be Europe’s top point scorer.
