Why Callaway’s new driver models make the Elyte family their most versatile ever
Published:
Callaway have extended their Elyte Driver line up, introducing a Callaway Triple Diamond Tour Draw and and Callaway Triple Diamond Max to suit a wider variety of players in 2025.
The Callaway Elyte Triple Diamond was one of our best drivers of 2025, topping our rankings for the low spin drivers and providing fast ball speeds and a penetrating flight. Although this is optimal for some, other golfers may look for different options to suit their game. The two new models are aiming to bridge that gap, so here’s everything you need to know about the Triple Diamond Max and Triple Diamond Tour Draw.
Callaway Triple Diamond Max
RRP: $649.00 /U.S Only | Lofts: 9° / 10.5°
Precision meets forgiveness in a head designed for tour, offering more forgiveness than the flagship Callaway Elyte Triple Diamond. The Triple Diamond max will spin a touch more than the Triple Diamond, due a slightly different CG placement and a larger footprint.
The head itself is 460CC, blending the footprint of Elyte with the shape and performance characteristics of the Triple Diamond model. When our Testing Pro Neil Wane put the Callaway Triple Diamond through its paces on a Foresight GC Quad, he generated extremely low spin with the weight at the front and at the back. With a larger footprint and more forgiveness on offer, expect this to be very popular on tour for the players who need a touch more forgiveness in a larger head.
As the Callaway Triple Diamond Max has a similar footprint to the core Callaway Elyte Driver model, It will provide enhanced aerodynamics for elite speed throughout the entire golf swing like the rest of the Elyte family. The Ai10x face also features in the Triple Diamond Max, meaning with the added forgiveness you will also experience optimal launch and spin characteristics across the entire face.

Callaway Triple Diamond Tour Draw
RRP: $649.00 /U.S Only | Lofts: 9° / 10.5°
A surprise offering for 2025, the Callaway Triple Diamond draw is designed for better golfers who desire to turn the ball over from right to left and prefer a more compact, tour-proven head shape. The original Callaway Triple Diamond sits slightly open at the neutral position, encouraging a fade. This offering from Callaway will suit the player who doesn’t want to see the ball move to the right.
As this features the same shape and specifications of the Triple Diamond model, expect similar launch and spin characteristics, thus sitting below the Triple Diamond Max in forgiveness. The internal weighting in the head is sat slightly more heel side, encouraging the draw in this model. You still have the external weighting to alter CG placement as you would in other Triple Diamond models.
Expect similar revolutionary technology in the Callaway Triple Diamond Max as you would in other Elyte driver models, such as the Ai10x Face, Thermoforged Carbon crown and enhanced aerodynamics to bolster ball speed across the entire face.
