WITB: Keith Mitchell’s winning clubs

Find out what clubs Keith Mitchell used to capture his maiden PGA Tour title at The Honda Classic on Sunday

Keith Mitchell clinched his first victory on Tour with a final-hole birdie at PGA National that saw him beat out Rickie Fowler and Brooks Koepka by a single shot.

The 27-year-old American switched to a TaylorMade Spide Tour X putter for the week and it was a gamble that paid off, using it to hole a 15-footer on the last to win the trophy despite being ranked 218th in SG: Putting on Tour this season.

“I was trying to focus on what was going on,” Mitchell told NBC afterwards. “My mind was starting to wander at the end. … I tried to focus on what the putt was doing, the read and the speed and I was able to do it and hit a great putt.”

In addition to his TaylorMade putter, Mitchell led the field in strokes gained/tee-to-green this week thanks to a combination of Mizuno and Titleist golf clubs and Pro V1 golf ball.

Mitchell had an average driving disance of 314 yards and an impressive accuracy percentage of 71.43% during the final round at PGA National, and used Mizuno’s new ST190 model.

He also used Mizuno’s MP-18 irons, while gaming two different woods from Titleist and three Vokey wedges.
