Spieth launches new Under Armour shoes

Jordan Spieth has unveiled the new Under Armour shoes in which he’ll go for the career grand slam in 2017 – and try to defend his Open title.
The Spieth 2 is a “bold evolution of last year’s groundbreaking Spieth 1”, and it’s been rigorously tested by Spieth himself and built to help him accomplish one main goal – to score.
To celebrate the launch of the Spieth 2, Jordan and Under Armour have been in Las Vegas to put the shoe to the test in front of the world’s golf media. TG was exclusively invited to play with the world No.1 – read all about it in the magazine.
New technology in the Spieth 2 includes Gore-Tex waterproofing, which delivers protection from the elements without sacrificing breathability.
Derived from Under Armour’s history of material innovation, the Spieth 2 also features ultra-strong TPU fibres directly woven into the upper, resulting in structural support even lighter than the Spieth 1.
The Spieth 2 retails for £160 and will officially launch here on February 2.
