Nikon release three new rangefinder models

Nikon have today (Thursday October 6th) released three new innovative Laser Rangefinder models.
The COOLSHOT 80i VR, COOLSHOT 80 VR and MONARCH 7i VR all employ an optical VR (Vibration Reduction) function.
Nikon’s Vibration Reduction system reduces vibrations of the image in the viewfinder caused by hand movement by approximately 4/5 or less, based on Nikon’s measurement standards.
With the subject in the viewfinder staying stable, it is easy to aim at the target. This technology remarkably improves the ease of measuring distances and reduces errors, such as the laser beam not hitting the target, or measuring to the wrong one.
Both COOLSHOT models employ the First Target priority mode, perfect for measuring the distance to a flagstick on a green with woods in the background.
In addition, the new LOCKED ON Technology means that the LOCKED ON sign appears in the viewfinder to inform you the distance to the First Target is displayed, ensuring golfers can always be confident they have the correct yardage to the flag.
While the MONARCH model offers a multilayer-coated 6x high-quality finder for bright, clear images.
The ID Technology displays horizontal distance, while Nikon’s original data-processing algorithm — HYPER READ — is employed to display the result in approx. 0.5 seconds no matter how far you are from the target.
The COOLSHOT 80 VR is designed exclusively for measuring actual distance while the COOLSHOT 80i VR incorporates ID Technology which displays the slope adjusted distance (Horizontal distance ± height), making it ideal for use on hilly golf courses.
The compact designs of all three models ensure portability and a comfortable grip, whilst their waterproof and fog-proof structure (with rainproof battery chamber) means they are ready for use whatever the weather, enabling you to focus on your game with stress-free measurement.
COOLSHOT 80 VR: £379.99 / €449.00
MONARCH 7i VR: £399.99 / €479.00
COOLSHOT 80i VR: £419.99 / €499.00
