You can buy a dozen of the ball Rory McIlroy used to win The Open for £20!
Last updated:
In last week’s top value golf deals, we brought you a Callaway Big Bertha Alpha for £129.99, an Odyssey Versa putter for £69, a Callaway bag for £39.99 and a dozen Srixon AD333 for just £14.39. If you missed those deals, you can check them out here.
We’re not ones to rest on our money-saving laurels, so we’ve scoured the internet once more for four more unbelievably good value deals on golf equipment.
After all, why not save money while you save shots?
Nike RZN Black – £20
The last major Rory McIlroy won was the 2014 Open at Royal Liverpool. He was using a Nike RZN Black golf ball at the time. He’s since moved on to Nike’s newer ball, the RZN Tour Platinum, but if you’re willing to put up with a ball that’s not the latest version, you can save yourself some serious money and get a dozen top-drawer pills for just £20.
TaylorMade R15 driver – £175
The TaylorMade M1 and M2 drivers launched recently, and they are both fantastic drivers. If they are a bit beyond your budget, though, you will be pleased to hear that their arrival means TaylorMade’s previous driver, the R15, has come down in price. The best price we could find for the R15 was £175 at JamGolf.com. They only have a regular shaft available, but clubhousegolfdirect.co.uk have a stiff shaft option for £179, if that’s more your cup of tea.
Adidas Golflite shoes – £37.99
These shoes were never overly expensive, but now they’re down to £37.99, you will struggle to find a better budget option. They’re available in white or black, in all sizes from 7 to 13, including half-sizes.
PING Regent half-zip sweater – £38.99
It’s still pretty cold out there. Keep yourself warm – and dry – with this smart little sweater from Ping. It’s £38.99 in navy, but they only have small or large in stock. You can get a medium in red or grey, but that’ll set you back £54.99. So, if you’re currently medium, our advice would be to lose or gain some weight double-quick.
