TECH TALK: An external weight pad near the heel accounts for about 10 per cent of the clubhead’s weight and is designed to keep players from leaving the face open at impact. The K15 features the largest face of any Ping driver. Recessed sections on the rear crown allowed engineers to save weight for a lower CG.
