What’s In The Bag: Sam Horsfield
Last updated:
Sam Horsfield is one of the best English golfers in the world. But what’s in the bag of the three-time DP World Tour winner?
Sam Horsfield lifted his third DP World Tour title with victory at the Soudal Open in Belgium, just two weeks after returning to competitive action after a three-month layoff with a knee injury.
The win at Rinkven Internation Golf Club lifted the 25-year-old to a career-high of 64th in the Official World Golf Rankings.
It was his first win since August 2020 when he won his first title at the Hero Open at Forest of Arden before adding the Celtic Classic at Celtic Manor just a fortnight later. Both events were part of the UK Swing, created during the Covi-19 pandemic.
Horsfield, who had girlfriend Isabella Byron caddying for him in Belgium, mostly uses TaylorMade equipment, before switching into Titleist and Bettinardi for his wedges, putter and ball.
