What’s In The Bag: Brooke Henderson
Last updated:
What golf clubs and ball does Brooke Henderson use? We take a look at what’s in the bag of the two-time Major champion, Olympian, and 13-time LPGA Tour winner.
Canadian Brooke Henderson made it 13 LPGA Tour wins with her January 2023 victory at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions in Orlando, finishing four shots clear of Sweden’s Maja Stark and England’s Charley Hull.
The win took Henderson to 7th in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings and was asked if her 2023 season-opening win might open the door to other successes throughout the season, such as being No. 1 or being the LPGA’s player of the year.
“That would be awesome,” Henderson said. “Obviously, I had the dream start.”
In 2022, Henderson held her nerve to win the fourth women’s Major at the stunning Evian Resort in France, holing a 10-foot birdie putt on the final hole to salvage a level par round and win by a single shot from American Sophia Schubert on 17-under.
For 2023, Henderson signed a multi-year deal with TaylorMade, meaning she will have a full 14 TaylorMade club setup throughout the bag, including the TP5x golf ball which she used during the 2022 season. She became the first athlete to go from a solely TaylorMade golf ball agreement to a full bag of TaylorMade clubs.
After her win at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions, she was full of praise for her new sponsor.
“With this new driver, it’s really nice to be aggressive with it, because it can take a lot of power if you have it. I feel like a lot of things have been working really well, especially the wedges.
“It feels really nice to be able to feel aggressive, and they’re holding really well, which is sort of a new thing for me. There have been lots of bonuses and a lot of perks with the new switch.”
Let’s dive into Brooke Henderson’s full bag of TaylorMade equipment for 2023.
