Nothing but another over priced fad. Thanks Nike.
Speak to any expert on trainers such as staff at a specialist runners centre and they will warn you away from these. Alright for a gentle stroll but any side ways or lateral movement or uneven ground could over stress tendons in ankle. Also, you just try and keep them clean!
