What we say...
2013 Shoe Test
CJ: Like wearing grippy slippers. Very flexible and light; looks will split opinion.
JT: They helped me roll on to my instep through the ball. Very lightweight

A big step away from FootJoy’s usual traditional design. But in performance, comfort and durability this is very much a FootJoy product. The Toe Guard provides solid resistance to wear and tear while the fit really does allow the foot to breathe, but with flexibility.
FootJoy has always been a traditional brand. But times are a changin’ in the shoe business, and like any market-leading company, FootJoy is embracing the needs of golfers in 2013. The result is the impressive, sportier, more contemporary M:Project.
They are all about lightweight, streamlined performance, and they’ve already had Tour approval, with Hunter Mahan wearing them. They allow a greater freedom of movement, combined with a hugely-comfortable feel. FootJoy engineers have worked to ensure the golfer gets as close to the ground as possible by using new technologies, including a last that allows for generous forefoot shape so toes can spread easily and maintain grip.
There are five colours in the spiked version, as well as a BOA lacing option, while a spikeless version (four colours) is also available. A blue-grey mesh version completes the range. A ProTekt toe guard provides additional abrasion resistance in key areas, while the new Stealth cleat – which has been exclusively-designed for these shoes by Softspikes – enhances low-profile performance.
