Pros
Reduced heel and toe areas which are ground off to allow the face to be opened up in order to offer greater versatility from a variety of lies.
What we say...
There were four MD Golf wedges in the test – and this one comes with the endorsement of Seve Ballesteros, who joined the MD Golf team last year. And without doubt, the Seve Grind was an impressive performer.
Featuring the same shape as the MD Superstrong, this also benefits from reduced heel and toe areas which are ground off to allow the face to be opened up in order to offer greater versatility from a variety of lies. The wedge also benefits from Razor Grooves, which are essentially enhanced V-Grooves. Our test team liked the crisp look of the wedge at address, and Dave in particular felt the Seve Grind was a cracking bit of kit.
