MD Golf wedges have been firm TG favourites for a while, and the latest Nickel models, with their milled faces, raise the bar even higher. The excellent Dynamic Gold shaft and Lamkin grip speak volumes about how the club has been designed, while the average sole width, swingweight and total weight mean the club is beautifully balanced.

Being the highest-spinning wedge in this test we had no difficulty stopping balls from any distance, and thoroughly recommend it to anyone not wanting to spend more than £50.
