Bridgestone West Coast Design Wedge Review

The 8620 steel head of the Bridgestone WC Design wedge has a milled face with steep scoreline walls for more groove volume. The leading edge of the golf club is soft, and each model’s sole is precisely ground. Relief is placed along the trailing edge as well as at the heel and toe. 

The golf club performs well from every surface on and around the golf course and produces an amazing amount of spin out of the sand. A classic look with Bridgestone’s usual attention to detail.

The Bridgestone West Coast Design wedges feature Variable Bounce Technology, which creates low bounce on the heel and toe sole areas for maximum versatility from a multitude of lies.

The classic head shape has been designed through computer aided design systems in conjunction with tour staff. The CNC-milled U-grooves are designed to increase groove volume to maximise spin while the 8620 mild carbon steel head enhances feel and feedback.

Also available in Liquid Copper finish which is designed to rust over time.
