What we say...
Today’s Golfer Hybrid Test 2011
Tested: July 2011
Testing panel:
Chris Ryan (Belfry Pro)
Leon Iacono (HCP 4)
David Connor (HCP 10)
Ben Miles (HCP 17)
Dave, Ben and Chris all rated the DXi pretty highly, with Dave saying he thought it was one of the best and most versatile clubs Wilson had produced in recent times. Chris liked the stronger ball fl ight and said he’d be really comfortable using this off the tee and Ben agreed. Even as a higher handicapper Ben liked the more compact head profi le but unusually this really put Leon off, even as a better player. But although he didn’t like the head profi le it still performed very well for him.

The Wilson Staff DXi hybrids meet the demands of the game's best. After two years of working with Padraig Harrington to perfect these clubs, we're happy to announce a new line of fairway woods and hybrids with a heavy mass concentrated sole in combination with a sloped crown that keeps the center of gravity low for easy access to the ball and higher launch from the turf.
