What we say...

In designing the Tour Edge Exotics XCG-V Hybrid, performance was foremost in every detail. The purpose-built titanium cup face and crown and the heavy, high-density steel sole plate are a technology that is unique to the XCG V.

Raising the bar on distance capabilities, the XCG-V's new titanium cup-face is 25% larger than previous models for even more explosive power and distance. This engineering advancement creates a bigger hot zone for impressive power even on off-center hits. Consistent with Exotics technology, the V-series also has an extremely low spin rate, optimizing trajectory and maximizing length.

Built with pure Exotics sophistication, 80% of the XCG-V's total head weight is in the rear heel and toe of the sole . This set up is achieved by the heavy high-density steel sole plate. Weighing in at 184 grams, the unique v-shape sole shifts more weight to the rear corners of the club head for greater forgiveness. The resulting center of gravity angle is extremely deep and helps the club face square at impact with more force for a quick launch and longer, more accurate shots. The XCG-V has the lowest, deepest center of gravity of any Exotics hybrid ever developed.
