What we say...
It’s not often we refer to golf clubs as bargain buys. But we feel the Ben Sayers M8 is slightly different.
Firstly it costs less than £40, and secondly it has all the properties decent rescue clubs need to help golfers play better. The shaft is pretty short compared to most of the other golf clubs in this test, which helps to increase control, and it gave us an air of confidence before even swinging the club.
The head’s a pleasant shape and has a nice appearance, plus it works reaklly well. What more can a golfer want for less than £40?
Pre-configured for a draw basis, which enlarges the sweetspot and helps players looking for greater accuracy, distance and trajectory.

Bought 20 and 23 degree versions. They sit well and give me confidence that I'll make good contact and will hit a straight shot. They are long off the tee and off fairway and rough. Best bit is the price - brand new for less than £30. I doubt if £100+ clubs would be that much better. If you are on a tight budget then these are well worth a look.
