What we say...

Apparently Athena is the Greek Goddess of War and you might make a few enemies using this – the Yes! Golf Athena putter looks pretty ropey but performed superbly. A ball width cavity behind the face helps to align the ball and weight distribution made it one of the best on test.

Athena is not only the name of the Greek goddess of war but another extremely forgiving, high MOI putter from Yes! that is also made with metal wood and driver construction in mind.

The head has two pontoon-like appendages positioned behind the heel and toe that are constructed with the majority of the discretionary mass at the back of each. This weight distribution makes for a very stable putter that will resist a change in direction when struck off-center. It is made from 431 stainless steel and has a head weight of 350grams.

A ball-width cavity in the cavity behind the face frames the golf ball to encourage proper alignment with the center of the face. Square head geometry makes for effortless alignment.
