2013 Putters Test

Testers felt that on the larger head the face looked rounded, which didn’t fill them with confidence – but it did make them focus on a central strike. James wasn’t a fan of the head shape, but liked the yellow line on the crown. Ben liked the lower loft he appeared to see at address and said the ball rolled off the face early with a soft feel. He wasn’t a fan of the shiny finish on the crown though.

2011 Review

There was nothing that impressive with looks, sound or feel, but the statistics did suggest that the putter worked better than it looked. Decent results from five and 25 feet brought the overall mark up.

2009 review

The matt blue and brushed steel finish on the Spherical Blade Crescent Putter didn’t seem to win many fans which is a shame as this high MOI model with its radical curved face technology does feel and perform pretty well.
