What we say...

2011 Review

There are bladed putters, and then there are bladed putters. The new Anser series is a classic blade from Ping. There are seven models in the range – one is designed to help those with a straight back-and-through stroke, four are designed for those with a slight arc and two will work for players with a strong arc.

This model is made from forged 330 stainless steel and Alex was particularly vocal in his support of the aesthetics. Jon nailed all five from short range, and then followed it up with a full house within gimme range from 25 feet, holing two in the process to record some of his most impressive stats on the test.

Chris, however, wasn’t as keen on it and said he didn’t feel confident with it over the ball. As there are a magnificent seven models in the range, get yourself to Ping HQ in Gainsborough and get properly fitted.
