The launch of the Odyssey 2-ball putter five years ago changed the game – it was just so easy to align those two ball-sized discs with the hole. This new model sees Odyssey introduce a weighting system to add vital stability to its design.
While we love the Tri-ball, the 2-ball doesn’t quite tickle our fancy in the same way. Yes, it’s stable, easy to align and its milled face feels firm yet responsive. But the circular rings around the golf head are larger than expected, giving it an almost clumsy appearance. It’s undoubtedly an improvement over the original 2-ball, but we’d rather have the Tri-ball.

This putter has really improved my putting confidence, before I would always aim for the (dustbin lid) around the hole but since having this putter I find myself attacking the hole more often, and for my sins getting them too.
