Pros
It is a great looking club, and as close as golf clubs will ever come to being art.
-
Cons
Lacked a bit of feel when compared to the opposition.
What we say...
We’ve never had a tougher decision than deciding whether or not the Odyssey Black should have finished on the TG podium.
It is a great looking club, and as close as golf clubs will ever come to being art. We danced around the green like awe-struck kids, hitting this beautiful putter. But once we’d done the deed, we realised it was no better than many other top putters.
It lacked a bit of feel when compared to the opposition. But you can’t argue against how good this looks.
The Odyssey's 1035 carbon steel body and the weighted tungsten flange create a putter with a low, deep CG to promote true roll.

£180.00 is a lot to pay, but we all buy drivers @ £200+ (some of us at least) to use maybe 10/14 times off the tee,,, so using a putter 36 times (if your lucky) in a round just maybe you can justify your spending on this putter.. Has it done a lot for my game, well , yes of course (otherwise why write this) having chatted with a pro/golfer about where i was going wrong, got fitted out with this model 3# & various other putters not to mention, but this one just felt that little bit special,, (face balanced) i got on like a house on fire with it on the practice area, having had a, YES tracy 2, & MARXMAN blade, in the bag for a few months, i decided to trade them in without thinking twice to be honest, the rest is history, handicap has dropped by 4 since getting this, so at least it's showing its money worth....
