Pros
The soft copper insert feels superb and is great for consistently running the golf ball at the hole.

Cons
Isn’t quite as forgiving as a mallet, which has more weight positioned further back from the face.
What we say...
MacGregor’s M2 putter is a traditional heel-and-toe weighted design, created by Bobby Grace for Jose Maria Olazabal. The soft copper insert feels superb and is great for consistently running the golf ball at the hole.
Toe and heel weights can make the head lighter or heavier, but to do that you need an optional weighting kit. The wrapped grip felt lovely in our hands and, along with the lower hand position, encouraged us to accelerate the putter into the back of the golf ball. It just isn’t quite as forgiving as a mallet, which has more weight positioned further back from the face.
Milled by legendary putter designer Bobby Grace, the MacGregor M2 is a traditional heel-and-toe weighted design with soft copper face insert.
