What we say...
Sometimes its hard to put your finger on what makes a putter stand out and be considered great. That’s certainly the case with the MacGregor Bobby Grace DCT Series Sunset putter. It looks so simple but the Sunset just seems to sit so beautifully behind the ball and provide a little bit of magic so crucial to consistently successful putting.
The DCT series is a new feature to the Bobby Grace line and their special ‘Distance Control Technology’ insert is designed to reduce energy loss from mishits whilst still providing barrels of feel. Added to a solid second in the blade feel test this really did the business for our boys in performance terms and in fact was their second favourite performing putter across the entire test, even out scoring the super-forgiving Odyssey mallets! It also looks really good with its dark stainless steel finish, milled face and striking three-tone grey insert which we reckoned was the best looking insert on test.
