Pros
Sits nicely behind the ball and inspires confidence.
What we say...
The Forgan offering was not universally loved by our team. Pro Tom felt the insert made it feel a tad odd, and Chris commented on the “ghastly green” colour. But Mike had a better opinion of the IW1, commenting that it sat nicely behind the ball and inspired confidence. He also noted that it was a little lighter than some of the others, which he liked. Decent option if you’re on a tight budget.

The Forgan IW1 is a more traditional looking bladed putter with a cutaway back that allows the weight to be delivered to the base of the head for a firmer ball strike.
A gooseneck hosel and white alignment aids encourage correct face alignment at address for the best chance of getting the ball in the hole.
This model is a heel-and-toe design. Classic and uncomplicated, it helps the golfer focus on the fundamentals of the stroke. Anodized green face provides a true roll and plenty of feedback.
Choice of shaft length available.
The Forgan IW1 Putter is a good option if your on a tight budget.
