What we say...
The VMS irons have been designed to carry on the mantle of the VMX irons. They feature two main technologies for enhanced forgiveness. Firstly Yonex’s power weight system sees more weight towards the heel of the long irons to reduce slice, evenly spread in the mid irons for a high MOI and towards the toe in the short irons to combat a hook – all key amateur faults according to Yonex. Secondly the V-Con Core – a specially designed four-piece insert – has been placed behind the 3mm face for faster ball speeds and reduced vibrations.

They do left handed irons in steel and graphite. I have had steel and now have graphite irons " in left handed..!" grab a set if you get the chance. either vmx or vms.!

I have vmx and tried the vms on the range... but I cannot really tell any difference except the vms irons look more chunky. Ii play off 18 h/cap. so i have decided to stay with the vmx as I dont seem to gain any distance with the new ones, or other noticeable advantages.. maybe lower handicap players will tell the difference. NOTE. I had my irons checked for the loft and lie and had 4-9 altered slightly flatter so maybe that has made them play well. I dont get a slice or push shot since from them since. both clubs are excellent for distance and accuracy and moving to graphite has gained a club length over the steel shafts.
