2013 Irons Test
James felt the head was too big for the better player category, but balls came off the face hot even from nearer the toe. Joel said it was noticeably longer from heel to toe, had a fraction of offset, but was forgiving. Kit felt it was big for a better player iron and how all of the Yonex clubs have a unique, punchy sound. He also found it was reasonably straight and forgiving, but struggled to work it as the flight was quite low. Joel and James averaged 176 yards while Kit’s dispersion was just three yards.
Designed for the player needing a more forgiving forged iron, the hand-forged Pocket Back iron provides a maximum levels of feel and control. Fitted with lightweight NS950 shaft.
