What we say...
Big brand irons not good enough for you? Itching to stick a set of limited edition, hand crafted clubs into your bag? Then look no further.
You may not of heard of Vega Golf but for a few golf equipment connoisseurs the Japanese club craftsmen make the best irons on the planet – bar none.
Apparantly their club makers honed their skills from generations of making Samurai swords and have used that knowledge in the design and milling of golf clubs.
They were the first to produce forged cavity back irons and now have a diverse range, including several new sets for 2008.
The headling set is the RAF-CM Raw Limited Edition; a run of only 25 numbered sets. The Raw finish gives an incredibly soft feel and looks great behind the ball. The hand grinding makes this set a true piece of art.
The Vega RAF-CM Raw Limited Edition Irons are available now for £1,600.
Also available is the Vega Golf RAF-CM Blade Irons. The classic muscle back design offers a little more offset to make them more playable for the mid-handicap player. They are available now for £1,200.
The Vega RAFC-01 Cavity Back Irons complete the new line up and offer all players a set of very playable irons. The cavity is fully CNC milled for the ultimate finish and precision. Again, they are priced at £1200.
