What we say...
In a nutshell: Aimed at the better player who realises that a bit of forgiveness can help their game.
Tech highlights: A Tour-proven, forged iron made from carbon steel, aiming to combine distance, a great look and forgiveness. A unique co-forging process allows high-density tungsten to be placed in a new position for even more stability and distance on mis-hits. The long golf irons have a slightly thinner face. In the short irons, a slimmer sole with more weight high helps lower the ball flight. Stronger lofts in the 6-PW also lower the launch but the lofts aren’t as strong as the AP1. The 7-iron is 34º in the AP2, 32º in the AP1.
You need to know: Despite the thicker top line compared to CB and MB models, a third of Titleist’s Tour players prefer the forgiveness of the AP2, and put it in play.
Details: True Temper Dynamic Gold shafts. RRP: £114 per club (steel), £130 per club (graphite).

Referred to as better player irons but can be played by mid-handicappers - I'm one playing off 18. New irons to me recently and after a great fitting experience these have improved distance and accuracy. Was playing Mizuno MP57's; the Titleist's are more forgiving and have a wonderfully soft yet powerful feel. Geat irons.
