Pros
Performed admirably for the price. Traditional shape and plenty of forgiveness.

Cons
Limited shelf appeal and a little thick. Feel off the face was dead at times for some.
What we say...
James felt the thin shaft and large hosel gave the club an unusual look and feel at address, but was impressed by the performance. Kit said the clubhead was a touch chunky for his liking, but praised the classic shape. Chris couldn’t pick out any stand-out features, but all testers liked the solid feel at impact. James averaged 174 yards while Chris averaged over 150 yards with a dispersion of just six yards.
The Python XLD2 (Extra Long Distance) offer wide soles that place more weight low in the head, especially in the long irons, making balls easier to hit with higher launch. A deep, undercut cavity keeps the centre of gravity low.
RRPs: £249 (steel) and £349 (graphite)
