What we say...
Snake Eyes have a brilliant name for making forged clubs and the 600Cs are a great looking set of golf clubs. It’s just that we couldn’t get away from the fact the tiny little heads scared the life out of us before we’d even hit a ball!
Our testing pro really enjoyed hitting the mid-irons, getting loads of hang time against the wind without losing any power, which was impressive. While we amateurs loved the look, feel and cost of the 600Cs they’re difficult to recommend as they are pretty unforgiving.
If you play a modern-designed course which involves lots of carries over water with irons, our fear would be that mishits would result in lost balls, which would be a genuine concern.
On the other hand if you’re a very good consistent ball striker and are after a traditional golf set which play well from tightly mown links grass, these would be a top choice.

I bought a set of these (ish) on eBay. I actually have 2,3,4 in 600c & 5 to 60 in the 600 b ( a pure blade). They are fitted with a rifle 5.5 shaft. These clubs are fantastic. They feel like a hot knife through butter. The clubs sit nicely behind the ball and have a very thin top line, with no offset, a traditional looking bat. They are not for the inconsistent hitter though, they posses absolutely no forgivness especially the bladed irons. I have removed my Ping i15's for these are their is no comparison in performance or feel quite a statement but true. Best of all mine were a bargain at £70 all in.
