2013 Irons Test

All three testers immediately picked up on the larger clubhead with James saying it would inspire confidence among higher handicappers. Kit was surprised at how well it performed as well as the levels of forgiveness on offer. Chris made full use of the hybrids as long irons, but said the mid-irons were still very easy to hit consistently. James’ dispersion was just two yards while Kit’s and Chris’ were also in single figures.

The Haema hybrid iron set has been designed for distance, featuring a harder 431 stainless steel clubface and power channel directly behind it for explosive distance.

RRPs: £249 (steel) and £299 (graphite).
