What we say...
The Ping Rapture V2 iron is oversized and designed to offer maximum forgiveness. The face is lightweight titanium while the body is stainless steel. This re-positions weight in the sole of the iron, again in the form of tungsten. Stronger lofts in each iron gives added distance.
2009 Review
The rapture V2 driver got one of the out Gold awards last month – but the irons didnt fare as well. Our duo liked their design but Richard felt his hands often slipped on the grip. They could always be re-gripped though because, after all this is a really forgiving club.

2010 Review:
The two things we were examining in this test – forgiveness and dispersion – helped propel the V2 into a decent position.
Our testers really didn’t like the look of the irons, especially the green shaft, but just check out the forgiveness and dispersion marks. Craig certainly loved the consistency and he was clearly accurate with his 6-iron. Colin thought they felt strong while Alex struggled more than the amateurs and noted a lot of offset on these irons.
