What we say...
With plenty of weight low in the club we hit the Callaway Big Berthas relatively high without losing any distance, something most club players would appreciate. These are a real confidence-boosting set of game improvement irons which perform excellently from the fairway, rough or tee.
These aren’t massively different from the 2004 Big Berthas, but if you’ve yet to succumb to Bertha, it might be time to give them a go.
Trademark Callaway Big Bertha forgiveness in a stainless steel iron. Extreme notch weighting, deeper 360 degree undercut cavity and constant width sole.

Being a Mid-Handicapper who only gets the opportunity to play 3 weeks out of 12, due to work, I wasn't convinced these Irons would improve my game. I was of the "It won't make any difference at my level" opinion. However when a friend who owns a golf shop offered me a set for £299 (as they were last seasons) I decided to treat myself. As soon as I took them on their first round I was convinced it was money well spent. The Callaway BB06's are very forgiving with excellent weight distribution in the club head. I used to hit my old set reasonably well but not as consistently as I'd like (sound familiar?) The BB06's are very forgiving and I'm hitting the ball nicely up in the air and further and straighter than ever. I've actually had to drop a club as I started hitting through the green. They've really given me confidence and improved my game. I've dropped on average 5 shots a round, now I just have to sort out my Driving & Putting!!!

I've only had these a few weeks but have already seen a big improvement in my game and scores, I'm now hitting the ball higher and the length is more consistant.

I bought my set of BB06 last year and being a player who hasn't played for a few years buying something that gave me confidence was key. As soon as I tried these I was hitting like I'd never been away, the long irons are easy to hit and the short irons very responsive. I've noting but praise for these and Callaway in general. Look good, feel great what more can you ask for.
