What we say...

Our pro was not a fan of the Ben Sayers M2, finding it difficult to feel the golf ball zipping off the face of this oversized cavity design. A large head, with a wide sole and low centre of gravity, seemed to lack power over other budget iron designs.

The forgiving hybrid 3 and 4-irons were a welcome surprise, feeling solid and responsive, but they were not particularly well-matched to the other irons.

Ben Sayers M2 feature a hollow core cavity design. Three and 4 hybrids replace the difficult to hit standard 3 and 4-irons. Five to SW feature hollow core, wide sole and low centre of gravity.

Ben Sayers Irons User Reviews

  • 3 out of 5 Hybrids great, irons only good in comparison

    By DJWard

I moved onto these from the Ben Sayers M2I irons. Immediate improvement (legitimate 27 handicap compared to aspiring to break 110). The hybrids are amazing (I can regularly outhit my 21 h'cap friend with his cobra baffler using the 4 ironby 20+ yards). The irons are better than previous model, though pale next to the hybrids. Would have been 4 stars but I've had 3 shafts break in 12 months, not through mishits, just a weakness in shaft according to club class repairs at Four Oaks.

  • 4 out of 5 Nice clubs which have helped improve my game!! Hybrids Brill!!

I bought these clubs about 6 months ago.  I was struggling to make even a 28 handicap.  I have now got down to 18.   I find the irons quite forgiving and easy to hit.  I also get good distance from them.  the clubs also look very nice too!!    The Hybrids are excellent.  I can hit the the 3 iron 200 yards  4 iron 180 yards,  they are very easy to hit!!   I would not hesitate to recommend these clubs to anyone who is mid to low handicap.  I paid 100 pounds for them (3-sw) with Steel shafts (except for hybrids which have adila graphite shafts).
