What we say...

Technology
Features a hypersteel face and polished PVD finish for a sleek and distraction free look. The highly-polished PVD-plated sole (Particle Vapour Displacement is a high-powered vacuum that pulls any moisture out of the material and replaces it with this black finish) is said to create less friction when playing from the fairway, minimising any loss of clubhead speed.

Tested
As reviewed in our Fairway Woods Test 2014:
Has a mid-face height, so usable off the tee and fairly inviting off the deck, too. It has a rounded leading edge, so from a tight lie you have to find the centre to hit it well. The spongy grip didn’t enhance feel – had to grip it tighter if anything. It felt soft enough, but not overly powerful, perhaps down to the higher launch angle. What felt like a short shaft offered some control. Lacked forgiveness, particularly off the deck, but shots struck purely from the tee were long. Not a fan of the blue shaft and trim on the head. But it performed well; mishits held their line and it was versatile.
Score: 7.5/10
